At Secret & Spice, we take great care to ensure all our products are packed fresh and delivered safely. Please read our returns and refund guidelines below.


1. No Returns

We do not accept returns for any products once delivered, unless the package is damaged on arrival.


2. Damaged Package Policy

If your package arrives damaged:

  • You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • You must provide photos or video of:
    • The damaged product
    • The outer packaging
    • The shipping label

We will review the case and may offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund (only if replacement is not possible)

3. No Refunds (Except for Damages)

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address entered by the customer
  • Product not liked or personal preference
  • Delays caused by courier companies

Refunds are provided only if the product is delivered in a damaged condition and verified by our team.


4. How to Report a Damaged Package

5. Processing Time

Once your claim is approved:

  • Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days, or
  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Final Decision

All return/refund approvals are at the sole discretion of Raviyora LLP after reviewing the damage claim.
