Directions To Use
1. Porridge (Ganji)
Mix 2 tbsp health mix powder with 1 cup water or milk.
Stir well to avoid lumps.
Cook on low flame, stirring continuously for 3–5 minutes until thick.
Add jaggery or salt as per taste.
2. Mudde (Ragi Ball Style)
Boil 1 cup water with a pinch of salt.
Add 3–4 tbsp health mix powder and mix well.
Cook on low flame, stirring until it becomes thick.
Shape into balls (mudde) and serve hot.
3. Dosa / Rotti
Mix 1 cup health mix powder with water and salt to make a smooth batter.
Spread on a hot tawa like dosa/rotti.
Cook on both sides until done.
